Our baristas are expected to provide the highest quality product and customer experience possible in a professional manner through the unified efforts of the team. Baristas/bartenders are expected to accomplish this by following the leadership of the manager, using the tools, training and resources provided.

Responsibilities

• ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
• maintain production pars for all coffee and FOH items
• monitor product quality and freshness
• maintain working knowledge of currents offerings for cocktails, wines and beers
• follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
• maintain a clean and organized work work space
• check in and receive orders
• work with a sense of urgency
• dishwashing and light prep

Desired Work Experience

• 2 years food and beverage industry experience
• 1 years coffee experience
• Anyone hungry to learn and grow :)

• Cafe is open Tuesday to Sunday, must have weekend availability!!
